Through her “journey” in Yoga Practises, she found what she was looking for,  a system that combines exercise with tranquility, health and spirituality ...

She was trained in YogaWorks System- a combination of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vini Yoga-,  continued her studies in Anusara Yoga (Rusty Wells, John Friend), 

Satyananda Yoga ,  Raja Yoga and meditation (Swami Nirvikalpa). Moreovner she attended seminars in Ashstanga Yoga ( Dylan Bernstein), Chakra Yoga, Nada Yoga, Pranayamas techniques (Swami Nirvikalpa), Kids Yoga (Grenville Henwood), Prenatal Yoga (Sue Elkind), Prana Flow (Simon Park).

She trained in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga (500hours Yoga Alliance) at Shiva Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh, India, next to Swami Sudhir and graduated with distinction.

She has worked with famous Gyms and Health Clubs in Athens, as Yoga and Aerial Yoga Teacher and Holistic Consultant, and  in Private Fitness Schools as Aerial Yoga Trainer...

She  travels often in India  , because she is Master Trainer in Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Program, at Shiva Yoga Peeth (Rishikesh) and member of the teaching staff in the field of Yoga.

Ηer personal objective is to pass on to her students her  knowledge in the field of Aerial Yoga and Aerial Acrobatics and a holistic approach of thinking and action in their everyday life!
