Sophia (Ram Inderjeet) is a San Francisco Bay Area native and KRI Level One & Level Two 500 hour Kundalini Yoga teacher. She has over 35 years of personal practice and study in meditation. Her past teachers include (late) metaphysician Brother Anthony Penera and vibrational homeopath Hanna Kroeger. Ram Inderjeet has also received yoga training from many wonderful Kundalini Yoga teachers, including Sat Rattan Kaur Khalsa, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, and Awtar Kaur Khalsa. In addition to her Kundalini Yoga experience, Ram Inderjeet also practices Yin Yoga and in 2018 completed a Yin Yoga teacher training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts in Vancouver, B.C.  Ram Inderjeet currently teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation online. She also teaches Yin Yoga at Worlds Yoga Fremont (Fremont, CA).
