A certified and registered yoga instructor, Giovanni (RYT-200) leads students in the practice of several yoga disciplines including vinyasa flow, restorative practice, power yoga and pre-natal styles.
Giovanni holds a certification in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. There he received training in nutrition, wellness and holistic health practices from leading health and wellness experts such as Dr. Andrew Weil, David Wolfe and Dr. Joel Fuhrman among many other health and wellness visionaries. In addition to his Holistic Health coach certification, Giovanni also holds a Bachelors degree from Bentley University in Massachusetts.
Giovanni moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Central Massachusetts where he is a dedicated daily practitioner of yoga, manages a small yoga business, is a corporate marketer and lives with his wife and daughters.
