After 13 years of classical ballet (and deciding not to become a professional ballet dancer) I was looking for a new body art - and found that in 1995: Wing Chun Gong Fu. I am an instructor of this martial art style for more than 15 years by now. Some years ago, I started with Pilates and with Yoga. Some aspects of Pilates are still visible in my Yoga style. Yoga and Meditation became an important part of my weekly training schedule.
