I offer a small studio setting in a small rural town north of London. The Coach House is a renovated barn turned into a fully furnished two bedroom rental space with an attached yoga studio. It offers a rustic charm of peace and tranquility. 

I am a social worker turned yogi lover. I love keeping up to date and learning new things. I currently offer Kundalini Yoga with elements of Hatha. I am very passionate about Meditation , Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. I incorporate them in my weekly classes as much as possible. I believe everyone has more time in there day for REST.

 I hold certifications in  Kundalini, Mudras, Meditations, Sound Mediations, Indian Head Massage, Restorative Yoga, Reiki, Gong Training, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. 

I also have a yoga school and teach a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training for those wishing to be certified under Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour Yoga Teacher. Continuing Education Credits are also offered for those needing credits for YA.
