Tiffany invites exploration on the mat with a creative approach; one that allows the student to explore yoga using all the senses. With a style that is gentle, open and authentic, Tiffany teaches with a strong emphasis on alignment and energy. She believes that teaching yoga is a great privilege as it allows her to share her love of yoga, open her field of awareness and connect with many beautiful people in the community.
Tiffany holds a Masters in Psychology (MA) and is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and professional Art Therapist (DVATI) and play therapist. She uses movement and meditation in her yoga teaching and counselling practice.
Tiffany is currently completing her doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyDc). Her dissertation topic is Buddhist Psychotherapy and Art Therapy.

Tiffany also holds extra credentials as an MBSR and MBCT teacher (USCD); and has professional credentials as a DBT specialist (mindfulness-based psychotherapy). Tiffany completed a year-long intensive training in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Compassionate Inquiry. As part of her Art Therapy dissertation, she developed a 10-week self-empowerment and mindfulness art therapy group called BETH.
Tiffany offers specialty yoga programs like Yoga for Grief (8 years running); Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Yoga; Nidra, and Yoga for Chronic Pain.
Tiffany began meditating at a young age with the guidance of her mother. She became a regular meditator in 2002, after an injury. As part of her journey, she has attended many silent Vipassana retreats.
