Hi everyone, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga alliance having completed my initial training with Powerliving (Registered Yoga School) in 2013.

Susequently I completed 300hrs with Parayoga in 2021.

 I have trained with the Center for Mindfulness at UMass to become a qualified MBSR teacher and am qualified to facilitate Mindul Practice( Uni of Rochester).

I also qualified to facilitate mPEAK performance coaching through CFM at USC San Diego which I deliver over a weekend intensive

My classes incorporate mindful practices, yogic philosophy as well as a traditional approach to asana with emphasis on breath and bhanda. Classes aim to create awareness of the body, mind and heart in action so as to create opportunities for enhancing awareness of conscious choice for freedom and fulfilment.
