Deborah Layton is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved Registered Yoga School (RYS) with over 2000 hours of teaching experience.  

She teaches Viniyoga (mindful vinyasa) group yoga classes as well as private sessions.   She specializes in teaching yoga that is truly accessible to all people and includes postures, breathing and meditation practices  to maintain mental and physical wellness.  Deborah is currently enrolled in an additional extended (1000 hour) viniyoga training with Yoga Well Institute in Nashville, TN with completion expected in 2022.
