I am a forever student and teacher, with a deep fascination for movement, mindfulness and other holistic modalities. Throughout the years I have completed various trainings in vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, aromatherapy and reiki. Currently i am exploring mobility work and martial arts.
To me, yoga is a gift. A toolkit for self inquiry, health and mindfulness. But most of all, a gift that needs to be shared.
