For Wendy yoga is both playfully fun and a sacred journey that helps connect us to our divine essence. Yoga, meditation, breath are all part of a connected journey that help us ground, balance and let go of tension in a sometimes stressful world. Wendy has practiced yoga since 1993 and has been teaching since 2009. She is also a board certified licensed acupuncturist since 2007.
Wendy predominantly teaches slow flow vinyasa, deep stretch, restorative, yin, meditation and pranayama. She is an international retreat leader and has been guiding students in workshops & retreats for the past twenty-five years.
