Tracey Rohan Irwin
DIRECTOR
Tracey Rohan Irwin has an extensive background in fitness training and holistic living, having worked in the field of fitness and health since her early twenties. She began her career as a personal trainer for private and corporate clients. As she continued her own journey of personal growth through the study of yoga and other spiritual disciplines and exploring the connection between food and health, her work has continued to evolve.
She has travelled worldwide, seeking out the best teachers in all areas of fitness and health and brings a wealth of knowledge to her yoga teacher trainings.
Tracey has a diploma in exercise science and fitness management, which she completed in Australia. Together with this Tracey has certificates of completion from The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas and the Living Light Culinary Institute in California.
Tracey has completed a variety of courses focused on the science of plant-based nutrition that include intensive studies of the Macrobiotic, Ayurvedic and Raw Living Food traditions.

She has completed over 1000 hours of training and workshops with internationally renowned yoga teachers such as Louisa Sear, Simon Borg-Olivier, John Friend, Lance Schuler, Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, Gurmukh, Judith Lasater, Dhama Mittra, Nicki Knoff, David Life, Anna Forrest and David Swenson. She is fully trained in a variety of Hatha Yoga systems, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Yin and Restorative yoga, as well as Pre-Natal yoga and injury prevention.
Tracey owned a commercial Yoga studio from 2002 – 2007 which she closed down in order to focus her energies on running destination yoga teacher trainings in beautiful locations around the world, such as Bali, Costa Rica and South Africa. She offers the RYT 200 hour and RYT 300 hour internationally certified yoga teacher training courses.
She has completed a number of silent meditation retreats, and studied with and been inspired by leaders in the field of personal transformation such as Carolyn Myss, Eckhart Tolle, Don Miguel Ruiz, Louise Hay, Greg Braden and Wayne Dyer.

Tracey is a naturally gifted teacher and in her trainings she brings together her extensive knowledge of the body, her intuitive gift with delving deep through self-enquiry, nutritional guidance to support a vital and holistic yoga practice and many other elements to offer a dynamic and life transforming Yoga Teacher Training experience.
Tracey’s focus is on bridging the worlds between the physical and spiritual and making yoga accessible to people of all fitness levels and from all walks of life.
