Sarah Elizabeth Garza-Levitt, MSW, CSW, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, C-MQI a theater, music, and dance enthusiast, has always had a deep appreciation of movement, which led her to fall in love with yoga. Having found her niche, Sarah Elizabeth’s yogic path led to Yoga teaching certification with Dana Baptiste, Qigong certification with Jesse Tsao, and training in Street Yoga and Mindful Schools to serve youth with yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness practices.
Sarah Elizabeth teaches Yoga and Qigong for the Huntsman Cancer Institute specializing in yoga for cancer patients, care providers, and healthcare staff. Sarah Elizabeth has also taught for Primary Children's Hospital, and was a founding faculty member at InBody Academy, a yoga teacher certification program. She has been practicing yoga since 1994, teaching since 2007 and is a strong advocate for accessible yoga that can benefit people of all ages, sizes, shapes, and abilities.
