Pam Blum is a graduate of the Pranakriya School of Yoga and Healing Arts at the 500+ hour level, with an emphasis on yogic philosophy woven with the postures and pranayamas for wholistic experiences. She is also a Lead Trainer/Director for Pranakriya Deepening the Asana Experience 300 hour Program and serves on the curriculum boards for the Pranakriya School of Yoga and Healing Arts. Pam has always found great joy and freedom through moving, feeling and breathing. Pranakriya Yoga opened up an entirely new realm of understanding the intricate connection of our bodies, minds and spirits. Her practice and teaching is infused with a timeless passion for introspection, exploration, gratitude and compassion.
