Kelly is a RYT-500, YACEP, and founder of the nation online yoga studio Yoga For You.
Kelly first stepped on the mat when she was 15 years old and still needed a ride to the studio from her mom. Her practice started as a way to supplement her sports training, but she found her true passion for yoga when her mother found out she had breast cancer. It was then that she researched and found the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. In 2008 Kelly followed her love for yoga and teaching and became a 200-RYT yoga instructor with the hopes of teaching special populations.
Since then, Kelly has accumulated over 1,500 teaching hours, making her a RYT-500 yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner and wellness advocate.
Kelly has certifications in 8 different kinds of yoga as well as certifications in POP Pilates, and general group fitness. Kelly has established a strong practice of her own at a small studio where she lives. She continues to practice yoga and pursues opportunities to further her studies of meditation and mindfulness.
