Instructing yoga to me means to meet people where they are in their body, in their life, on their journey. My teaching is filled with gratitude and compassion for those sharing their practice with me, with gentle hands-on assists to help you find alignment in your body and to be a companion on your journey. I like to keep any practice light-hearted, but challenging and multi-level, to find whatever the edge is that day.
I received my 200 RYT training and certification with Yax Yoga Concepts for Hot Yoga and Hot Vinyasa. My 300 hour training was at Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina.
