Yasmin avazpour is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).she is a Yoga Teacher in Yin and sound healing,hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She started practising yoga in 2007. Subsequently she realised the gifts of yoga go beyond physical where yoga brings clarity and cultivates a level of mindfulness, stillness and fearlessness that can be applied in her daily life. she passed more than 2000 hrs TTC. She enjoys both Yang and Yin and sound healing where her practice ranges from power Vinyasa to Yin /Restorative with a focus on fundamental alignment in yoga poses while moving with steady breathing.she hopes to have students leaving the mat feeling rejuvenated, stronger and more flexible.
