Dana is a RYT 500, Certified by Mount Madonna Institute, from 2019-2021, following the unique perspective of Baba Hari Dass, with Aṣhṭānga Yoga as the foundation. Specializing in Prāṇāyāma (Breath techniques), Dhyana (Meditation) and Āsanas (Postures). Dana began her practice in December 2017, after wanting to have a more active and healthier lifestyle. After the first classes, she fell in love with Yoga and started to get curious and fascinated with the effects of the practice as well as the philosophy and spirituality involved in Yoga.
Yoga has given Dana a conduit to express herself and she teaches from the heart with a desire to make her students feel loved, important and inspired. In her classes, you will find mindful sequences carefully prepared to bring body awareness by focusing on breath, calming the mind and providing individual attention to her students.
