Kathy Páez, E-RYT 500, is an international Yin yoga teacher trainer, author and assistant to founder of Yin yoga, Paul Grilley.
She is also on the board of teachers at Mount Madonna Institute in California.
Kathy has been teaching Yoga since 2003 and has a deep love for anatomy and sanskrit applied to Yoga. She is a functional asana advocate and also teaches meditation and pranayama for a whole integrative process that is, Yoga.
