Mian Meuthia is an E-500 Hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Passionate yoga teacher with over 11 years of professional experience in designing and leading the flow of Hatha-Vinyasa yoga classes, as well as the Kirtan and Sharing-Woman-Gratitude Circles. In July 2015, completed an Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia, and acquired in-depth knowledge about postures, pranayama, meditation, kirtan, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. Taught hundreds of students from around the world. I am a member of the E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance. Joyful and humble to share my expertise and passion for yoga with everyone.
Promoted holistic well-being through teaching and consultation. Designed yoga class sequences and integrated lesson plans. Helped students develop their body-mind awareness and physical strength. Mentored students in the YTT. Ensured safety and students' comfort during the classes. Lead group asana, pranayama, meditation, kirtan, and yoga Nidra sessions. Also teaching SUP Yoga and the Pre-Post Natal, Children, and Teenagers. Maintained positive relationships with students and immediately addressed any concerns.
