Amy’s yogic journey is full of gratitude and joy. Her passion is in cultivating bliss and revealing inner radiance through the wisdom of yoga. Practicing yoga since 1996 years and teaching since 2007, she is known for her humor, compassion, precise sequencing, and for unpacking challenging poses to make them fun and accessible for all students. She is registered with Yoga Alliance at the ERYT500 and YACEP designations, and trained under the expert eye of Noah Mazeé. Amy has a degree in French literature and an M.A. in teaching from USC. Additionally, Amy offers yoga retreats and 200 hour teacher trainings in the US, Europe and in her own studio/home in Bali, Indonesia and extends a warm invitation to join her for yoga in paradise.
