Brenda Carey began her healing journey over 25 years ago, searching for back pain relief from spinal fusion surgery due to scoliosis.  Through a process of self-acceptance by honoring her body and becoming aware of the powerful energy of her thoughts, she continues her sacred path to vibrant health through an introspective approach to yoga, meditation and Energy work.

She is passionate about helping people Energetically align with their heart’s deepest desire.  She is a Holistic Lifestyle Health Coach and yoga teacher utilizing the wisdom of Ayurveda and meditation infused with Energy Healing to co-create healing and wholeness in the body, mind, and soul.

She is the owner of Sacred Path Healing Yoga & Reiki and is the creator of Inspired Living, an online conscious holistic health program. She leads retreats, internationally and in the beautiful mountains of Colorado and Montana.  She is a regular contributor on Insight Timer.
