ENGLISH

Yoga teacher and teacher trainer, author of the book Yoga for Women, Tatiana has been teaching yoga since 2011. She has given classes in Taiwan, Moscow and now Paris, with students of international origin.

Tatiana began practicing Vinyasa yoga between 2006 and 2010 in Taiwan with New York teacher Jody Quam. She is also very influenced by the Indian professor Prathap, who developed his own path (Nirvana yoga) and whose teachings she followed from 2009 to 2011. Having become passionate about Ashtanga yoga, she obtained the diploma in this discipline in 2011 in Mysore (India). In 2014, she did Hormone Yoga certification with Dina Rodriguez, a technique that helps her a lot in her work with women. In 2016, she obtained a certification in pre / postnatal yoga from the De Gasquet Institute and the diploma of advanced teacher in Hatha yoga and Yoga therapy in Rishikesh (India). She also gained additional experience in other styles of yoga such as Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. To date Tatiana is one of the yoga teachers and teacher trainers with the highest designations from the Yoga Alliance, the internationally recognized organization.

The diversity of approaches and her experience inspired Tatiana to create her own gentle approach based on listening to oneself, Yoga for Women. She gives weekly classes, and organizes Yoga for Women workshops and teacher trainings in France and abroad.
