Heather Agnew is an ERYT-500 senior yoga educator with over 25 years’ experience in traditional fitness and Pilates training, Thai yoga massage, and many classical and modern yoga forms.

Heather’s teaching blends her diverse background in many yoga forms including Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, restorative yoga, adaptive yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and yoga therapy. Heather focusses on delivering mindful movement programs that seek to bring together the richness of yoga philosophy with the modern science of movement.

Heather operates Yoga Trinity, an internationally recognized yoga teacher training school with certificate and post-graduate programs in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Core Yoga, Gentle & Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, Mind-Body Meditation, Yoga Philosophy and Thai Yoga Massage.

As a senior instructor Heather has taught over 20,000 hours of teacher training over the past 15+ years and developed over 700 hours of training and education for yoga, fitness, and mind-body-movement professionals.

Heather continues to develop and deliver comprehensive teacher training and post graduate training programs in Australia, Canada, and online around the world.

It is her aim to provide accessible, inclusive, evidence-informed, and heart-centered yoga training programs to people of all ages and backgrounds, to bridge the gap between traditional practice and modern movement science, and to inspire lifetime participation in movement and meditation.
