She loves to create that moment where you can step away from your daily life and practice yoga that leaves you strong, relaxed & happy. While Martine has explored various yoga styles, she enjoys teaching a powerful class that creates energy in the body via the breath, power to the core by combining strength and flexibility and stillness in the mind through asana. Her classes are known for being challenging and soothing and she loves to use upbeat and energizing music to engage her students.
Martine began practicing yoga in 2008 upon realizing she needed to make a drastic life change to avoid reaching a point of burnout. Yoga helped her learn how to find calmness and understand the boundaries of her body. The practice benefited her so much, that she fell in love and since then she has never looked back!
