Namaste! With a decade of experience, I teach yoga and mindfulness in public, private and corporate settings. I offer an authentic and intentional perspective to your experience both on the yoga mat and on the meditation cushion. Since movement is my biggest passion, I love to guide students through an intelligent and exploratory yoga asana sequence while incorporating mindfulness and real-life lessons into the practice. Expect a well-thought out practice, customized to your individual needs and designed to leave you feeling your best! In addition to my yoga studies, I have an MBA, a love of travel and an impassioned zest for life. I am available to teach virtual and/or socially distanced private or small group sessions in the great outdoors.
