Nayla is the teacher training director at Yoga 108, she is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500 - RPYT) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).
With her mindfulness and her extensive knowledge of the yoga anatomy, she guides and adjusts her students into a better alignment, easing the reach of complex postures. She integrates breathing exercises, dynamic vinyasa flows, static asanas and deep relaxation into her classes while empowering her students to embrace life fully.
Her journey as a yoga teacher started in 2009 in India. There she studied in several ashrams, learning from swamis in the traditional lineage. She complemented her training throughout the years by specializing in Breathwork, Pilates, Meditation, Aerial, Pre-postnatal yoga, and Art therapy.
In 2021, after being a design professor for nine years at the Lebanese university, her passion for learning led her to study dance and movement therapy at the university U.A.B of Barcelona. Nayla’s current research centers around discovering yoga beyond the kinesphere of the mat. In her practice, she explores the interaction between movement and space as to reach a deeper immersion in a state of flow.
