My yoga journey began in 2003 when I decided to try yoga to reduce the stress in my life. I had no idea when I first stepped on the mat how I would be transformed. I have practiced regularly ever since and cannot imagine my life without it.
My roots began with a meditative Hatha Yoga practice, but over the years I've embraced other styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Deep Stretch, and Restorative Yoga. I truly believe that if you can breathe, you can practice yoga. The breath work enables us to create the union between mind, body, and soul, and helps us to see that we are all connected.
I am sometimes called the “Yogi Evangelist” because I have encouraged so many to experience for themselves the benefits of a regular practice. Join me, and you will see what I mean!
Nancy Kaul is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT500 which means that she completed both her initial yoga teacher training and her advanced yoga teacher training at an active RYS.
