A sustainable yoga practice is one that changes with you, and helps each person see every season and stage of life as rich and meaningful. I incorporate into my teaching the many styles of yoga I’ve been drawn to in my personal practice and my 1,000+ hours of yoga training; my background as a Reiki Master Teacher, Board-Certified Polarity Practitioner, leadership coach, facilitator, poet and member of IAYT. Students benefit from seeing yoga as a holistic physical, energetic, psycho-emotional, creative, and reflective practice leading to greater sense of freedom and courage.
