Teacher holds over 12 years of practice, education, and experience in
ancient wellness techniques. Craig instructs various group Yoga and Meditation classes at New World Wellness, offers Private Wellness Sessions, and is a member of “Bolo”, which is a Musical group that is dedicated to raising consciousness through Kirtan.
Craig’s private sessions are designed to meet the student wherever they are in their practices-from novice to seasoned practitioner. Transcend physical, mental, or emotional suffering, reduce stress, increase energy, joy, and assist with overall vitality. Private Wellness Sessions with Craig can be scheduled in 1, 1.5, or 2hr time frames.
