Cindy Walker, B.A. e-RYT CLC has been passionately involved in Yoga for 20+ years. She teaches many styles of Yoga, all eclectic in nature, weaving elements of Vinyasa, Kundalini, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative and Pilates into all.
You never quite know what she will pull out of her sleeve, but you can definitely expect the doors to be open, very cool tunes, a spiritual directive, an amazing flow, and a deep zen stretch to finish. She creatively draws into each class the wisdom of the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga theory using breath, spiritual awareness, movement, imagery, humor, psychology, relaxation and soul.
She has a B.A. in Movement Arts & Psychology, is a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach, and the Yoga Alliance - 500 eRYT certification. Other creditials include advanced certifcates from The White Lotus Foundation, Seane Corn, Erich Schiffman, Bryan Kest, David Swenson, Duncan Wong, Paul Grilley, Cheri Clampett & Arturo Peal and Judith Lasater.
