Yoga Space Sedona co-owner Kathy Simonik is a certified Anusara Instructor and E-RYT 500. She has been leading her teacher training for over 11 years.Teaching for 16 years and a student of yoga for 18 years. Kathy studied with Anusara founder John Friend and other Anusara Master Instructors, and completed all levels of teacher trainings, three Yoga Therapeutic-Essentials trainings, Anusara Master Immersion, eventually becoming 500RYT and Certified in Anusara Yoga. In all, Kathy has completed more than 2,000 hours in Anusara studies with John Friend and other certified Anusara instructors. Her studies have garnered extensive knowledge in alignment orientation. Kathy assisted with 5 teacher trainings prior to conducting her 200 hour RYT Teacher Trainings. Her teaching is definitely quality over quantity. You will be able to focus and absorb the teachings and leave feeling confident to become a great teacher.  Current Trainings are destination trainings in a condensed format in the heart of Sedona Arizona and include guided hikes and meditation on the red rocks and vortexes of Sedona.
