Alison Hastings received her first 200 hr certification from Kashi Atlanta Urban Yoga Ashram in 2008 where she studied and continues to study closely with her Teacher, Swami Jaya Devi Bhagavati and her Guru, Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati. She serves as Yoga Programs Coordinator at Kashi Atlanta and has been a senior yoga teacher in their 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Course since 2015. In 2018 she received her second 200 hr certification in yogaHour with her mentors, Darren Rhodes and Neda Honovar at Tough Love Yoga in Atlanta, GA. Alison teaches all over the city! Some of her clients include The City of Atlanta, Fleet Services, Georgia Aquarium and The Dekalb County Jail. She is also an artist Dad's Garage Theatre Company. She is dedicated to brining humor to her yoga students and mindfulness to the theatre. Practice makes Practice.
