Valerie Spies is an E-RYT500 and founder of the Lotus Pond Center for Yoga and Health in Tampa, Florida. She has directed and taught the 200hr. and Advanced 300hr. Yoga Teacher Training programs at the Lotus Pond and has graduated hundreds of students since the creation of her school in 2006.
