Yoga is, for me, a journey of deep transformation to live from the highest: from the inner place of wisdom, love and power.
Always amazed by the potency of the human heart creative energy (hrdaya shakti), my mission is guiding students in the journey to their own heart, through yoga and other consciousness techniques. My classes and yoga intensives are a place for alchemy where I help the students to find their limits, with plenty of love and awareness, with structured sequences and precise instructions. In them you will find asana, movement. Pranayama, mudra, mantra, meditation and my passion for Yoga Philosophy, Mythology and the all possibilities of yoga though good alignment.
México gave me my firsts contact with yoga, more than 23 years ago, its magic and several awakenings through the years. In US, I got a PhD in Environmental Science as I met some of my most influyente teachers (Paul Muller-Ortega, Sianna Sherman, Douglas Brooks, Sally Kempton,..) and I had the opportunity to immerse myself into the study of yoga and make this practice the essence of my life. In a long stay in India I soaked myself in its colourful culture and spirituality. In 2005, I returned to Spain to do what I truly felt as my dharma: sharing the teachings of yoga… and I am still doing that. In 2017 I started my Advanced Studies of Hindu Shaiva Tantra with Dr. Paul Muller-Ortega and I receive initiation into Neelakantha Meditation, one of the most revealing and transformative practices I know.
I am the first Anusara® Yoga Certified Teacher in Spain(2006) and I am Rasa Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500® & YACP. I have explored other yoga styles as Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Vinyasa. Profesora Certificada de Acroyoga.
Founder of rasa lila yoga and Yoga Surf Morocco, I am based between Madrid and Morocco. I teach intensives, Immersions and, both, 200 hour and 300 hour Teacher Trainings, in Spain and internationally.
In love with the ocean, I also offer retreats that combine these two soul practices. Devoted to the Goddess and fully committed to the awakening of the femenine, I offer Women Circles for the expansion of consciousness and to create beautiful bonds of sisterhood.
My last life calling has been Astrology (through Debra Silverman´s Astrology school) and my on-line Astrology Coaching sessions are a powerful tool to know yourself better and to connect with your life purpose.
