Slamet has taught yoga since 2002 and continued to learn and teach since then. Slamet's style is Yoga for Fitness prioritising safety, alignment and linking breaths and movements. Slamet is the founder of Yoga Mix Teacher Training - a 200 Hour Program which has graduated more than 100 qualified yoga teachers in Jakarta. He is also now invited to share Yoga Mix modules in various cities in Indonesia such as Tangerang Semarang, Yogya, Surabaya, Cirebon, Balikpapan and Makassar. His vision is to develop skilful teachers in Indonesia who appreciate and value the tradition of Yoga inherited from many Gurus from the classical time until the modern time. He encourages his students to explore many kinds of yoga styles and share what they practice.
