Born and raised in Bali, but lived in Toronto for 25+ years, I am an inter-disciplinary teacher with 30+ years of teaching experiences in the public education system in Canada and Indonesia. I came to the physical aspect of Yoga from movement background later in life to cope with injuries after a car accident. 

I am the 1st Kundalini Research Institute Professional Teacher Trainer of Indonesian origin and Level 3 Kundalini Yoga teacher (expected this year). I went back to living in Bali in 2017 to bring affordable Kundalini Yoga teacher training to the Balinese and other Indonesian natives but I have also taught at many Hatha-Vinyasa YTTs. 

My classes are safe, holistic and student-centred, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners who are ready to deepen their practice with self-enquiry. I weave the physical and philosophical aspects of Yoga, with daily spiritual practice, making this ancient wisdom applicable for today's lifestyle. 

I have taught at the Toronto Yoga Conference and Show, Namaste International Yoga & Wellbeing Festival in Jakarta,  the Nusantara Festival, Denpasar Yoga Festival, Sanggam Yoga Festival, and BaliSpirit Festival. 

A certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Labour & Postpartum Doula, Life Coach, and Reiki Master Teacher, I am passionate about empowering others to make healthy lifestyle choices and inspiring them to find their own gateways to wholeness. As a Wellness Specialist, I have curated and facilitated Yoga & Wellness wretreats internationally since 2003. 

I am available for and excited about teaching at Yoga teachers' training programs, especially if you are located in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
