Sarah Manning has taught yoga for 27 years and currently teaches in Singapore - Fertility Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Role Play for Childbirth Workshops, Yin Yoga and private classes. Sarah has been developing curriculum and training teachers for the last 12 years through the International Yoga Teachers Association, Sydney www.iyta.com.au. Together with the IYTA faculty, she contributes to the Post Graduate teacher training in Yin Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Back Care. Sarah first qualified as a yoga teacher in 1995 through IYTA. Since then has studied widely in Anatomy (ITEC); Back Care (Pamela Brown - IYTA); Yin (Bernie Clark); Pre/Post Natal Yoga (Dr J Byrne). She was inspired to teach through the influence of Bhumi (Harriet Russell) who 30 years ago, taught hatha yoga that nurtured the female energy and strength.
Sarah has been the creative director for www.benatural.com.sg - online fertility, IVF support and women's wellness yoga classes that are tailored to menstrual cycle and Ayurveda dosha.
Sarah works with www.optimalreproductivehealth.com creating a nurturing, online space for women.
