With her first experience as a young teenager, Sarah fell in love with Yoga and has devoted her life to the study of this ancient science. She has now been practicing Yoga for over 30 years, and started sharing the teachings of Yoga with students in 2009. She is registered as an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance and as a Yoga Protocol Instructor with the Yoga Certification Board of India.
Blending her past learnings and ongoing studies, Sarah's classes are a mix of creative sequencing and strong attention to alignment. With a deep passion for pranayama and meditation as well as asana, Sarah enjoys sharing her experiences and continuing exploration of Yoga with all levels of students.
Sarah is also an experienced Aerial Yoga practitioner and teacher. She loves the freedom Aerial Yoga provides all students, giving everyone the ability to fly!
