Hi everyone! I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, 200 E-RYT, 500 RYT, YACEP, and RYS and have been teaching yoga for over 10 years. I currently live in Columbia, MO with my husband, our newborn, and our cat Gus. I offer group and private lessons in-person and online and teach retreats and teacher trainings locally and across the country. Teaching people about their bodies and how to care for and love themselves is my passion. I trained for my 500 RYT with Tiffany Cruikshank & KCYTT/Brian Landers and at The University of Missouri for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I currently also work as a Pelvic Health/Orthopedic PT.

When I started practicing yoga, I was on antidepressents and felt I had little control in my life. Dedication to a yoga pratice helped me get to know myself, my power and strength, get off medication, and take charge of my life!
