Maria (Mia) Man is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has completed over 550 hours of trainings and now specialises in pre- and pos- natal yoga as well as yoga for fertility in Dubai UAE.
Mia works with clinics, mother and baby groups as well as private clients to provide a holistic style of yoga practice.
