Lisa Barnett Youngclaus is a Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500, with Yoga Alliance. She received her training with Yax Yoga concepts completing both her 200 and 500-hour training, and has completed 50 hours of continuing Education through Hot Asana University.
Lisa teaches Vinyasa Flow and Hot Holds Yoga in 60, 75 and 90-minute formats. A former triathlete and runner, she has been an avid yoga practitioner for over 16 years and a studio teacher for 6 yrs. Lisa has extensive knowledge of the asanas as well as the physical and psychological health benefits of the practice. She is known for her excellent cueing, inspirational messages and themes, and her interest in getting to know her students and make them smile!
A lifelong learner, Lisa attends at least 3 yoga classes a week in addition to her home practice, attends workshops, visits other yoga studios while traveling, participates in additional training sessions and reads extensively to inform her practice, her teaching skills her own personal development.
