I began my yoga journey in 2009 and became a certified instructor through LifePower Yoga in 2014, where I completed my 200 hour training. I have a Master of Education degree in Elementary Education, and use mindfulness, meditation, and yoga in the classroom. I have lived overseas working as a yoga instructor and an elementary school teacher for 6 years, and now reside in Minnesota where I share my experience and knowledge with adults and children. Most influenced by my past challenges of anxiety and depression; I aim in promoting peace, gratitude, and self-love within each of my students.
I offer a variety of classes. Before beginning your journey, I will discuss what your goals and needs are. I create a safe, private, and non-judgmental environment where students will practice at their own pace while feeling supported and nurtured through hands on assists and adjustments, the use of essential oils, and the spreading of calming energy.
