Keith teaches in the New York City area, most often at Sonic Yoga- RYS 200/500 where he is Senior Teacher, leads workshops and holds intermediate through advanced group classes.
Keith is a practitioner and teacher of hathayoga, trained under Hathavidya RYS registered programs.
