Adriana Wright is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). 

I have been teaching since 1996. 5 years ago I started teaching Yoga Teacher Training Programs. I teach vinyasa flow integrating the influences and trainings of wonderful teachers such as Daren Friesen, Ana Forrest, Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig, and Baron Baptiste. I love studying and teaching the anatomy aspects of yoga based on my studies with Ray Long, M.D. Studying yoga for over 20 years there are endless influences that shaped the teacher I am today. 

My Ashtangasana Yoga Studio Training Program was registered in 2011. I now offer a curriculum that studios can use in their own studios to train teachers. My Master's degree that integrated Organizational Development, specialization of Psychology, prepared me to understand the necessary teaching tools to create effective learning. I find the teaching process fascinating and exciting!
