With over 10 years of experience, including 8 years in Asia, I have developed unique 200 & 300 hour courses to infuse to you the immense benefits of Genuine Yoga and Ayurveda Wisdom on the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual body and mind.

During the years I lived in India, I was taught and coached Traditional Yoga and Ayurveda by Ayurvedic PhD doctors, Yoga and Pranayama from Gurukula Kangri University Haridwar near Rishikesh Himalayas renown as the Worlds capital and heart of Yoga.

I successfully completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training, registered with the International Yoga Alliance.

I began to share my knowledge and started teaching approx.120 classes monthly and various drop-in sessions for several years prior to me becoming a Yoga and Ayurveda Trainer.  

I spread the love of Yoga and Ayurveda in multiple locations, including ashrams, yoga studios, fitness centres, universities, large corporate head offices, retirement homes, schools for children around the world: India, United Arabs Emirates, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Bali and French Polynesia.

A vast number of students have benefitted from my teachings who have successfully become yoga instructors. I am honoured and proud of the opportunity to share my knowledge of Genuine Yoga Wisdom and Ayurveda with the world.
