I teach Yoga and Embodied Movement since 2009 as a freelancer. In 1999 I fell in love with yoga traveling overland to India. The contradiction and beauty of this vast continent is still fascinating. After my first teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram I explored many different stiles of yoga. Besides Meditation and Pranayama my second in depth teacher training was Prana Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea. I am fascinated by ongoing learning. I deepen my knowledge and experience in trainings with different enriching approaches like Pranayama, Philosophy, Alignment, Ayurveda, Psychology, Science and others. I am grateful for all the teachers along my path. My intention is to inspire people to deepen their practice and find their own way into their embodied freedom.
