Jill Belongia is a Certified Yoga Therapist, holds an E-RYT 500 through the Yoga Alliance, and Group Fitness and Health Coach Certifications through the American Council on Exercise. She is also a Senior Master Trainer with YogaFit, a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner, and trained in CranioSacral therapy. Before transitioning to fitness and wellness training, Jill was a music educator in elementary, junior high, and high school music classrooms and band rooms.
Since 2003, Jill works with clients of all ages, individually and in groups, to help them build strength and flexibility, to learn breathing and relaxation techniques, and to help them find balance…in the physical body, and in life.
