Jessica Jennings, MS is a yoga teacher, Certified Feminine Power Transformational Group Facilitator, and founder of Ma Yoga^® for Pregnancy, Motherhood & Beyond in 2009.

As a new prenatal yoga teacher in 2001, Jessica saw that pregnancy is so much more than do's and don'ts. It can be an opportunity to learn to turn nurturing energy inward, and become a mother to ourselves.

As part of her Masters in Kinesiology in 2006, Jessica developed and ran a group visit and prenatal yoga program in the Ob;Gyn Department at Kaiser Hospital. After six years of seeing how lifechanging the combination of yoga practices and principles, western medical care and community support were, she left to create Ma Yoga, an alignment-based form of yoga designed specifically for women's changing bodies and lives. 

In 2012 she created the Ma Yoga Prenatal Certification Program (RPYT), a comprehensive deep dive into yoga for women, on and off the mat. It includes so much more than lists of poses! It's really a coaching program for teachers to learn alignment on all levels: physical, mental/emotional, energetic and spiritual, and to reconnect to their own feminine wisdom and power in the process.
