As a perpetual student of life, I embrace that we all are our own unique being. As we learn more about our own personal inner-workings (thoughts, desires, dreams + motivations) and how we function in our day-to-day, we learn how to flow through life with greater ease. I’ve spent most of my adult life uncovering what it is to be my most authentic self and finding the movement and mindfulness modalities that promote peace and acceptance of that Self- mind, body and soul. My classes provide a platform to get curious through yoga, conscious breath, meditation, energetic flow and self-inquiry. I am a 500Hr yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance, and have a BS in Behavioral Science and certifications in Reiki and TCM-based holistic nutrition. I believe I am here to help others feel at home in their bodies and minds, and find ease as they move through life. I offer group classes and private sessions. I look forward to sharing space with you!
