Jenn is a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, an E-RYT 500 Experienced Yoga Teacher, and Senior Master Trainer with YogaFit Training Systems Worldwide. She practices Yoga Therapy in the HABIT Program at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, working with patients who have been recently diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment. Jenn teaches yoga classes at Surya Yoga and Wellness in Paradise Valley, and also works with clients for private sessions. Jenn is passionate about helping people cultivate ease and wellness in their lives using yoga, ayurveda and meditation techniques to create a life they love.
